I hereby declare that:

1. I stand upon the supreme authority of the Holy Bible as my final foundation for belief, doctrine, and conduct.
2. I defend sound Biblical doctrine without compromise, error, exaggeration, or worldly influence.
3. I pursue holiness and personal consecration, refusing hidden sin and ungodly lifestyle.
4. I protect the unity, dignity, and harmony of IBA USA, honoring brethren and leaders in love.
5. I serve God’s Kingdom with excellence, humility, and sacrificial passion, knowing ministry is a divine trust.
6. I boldly preach and represent the Gospel of Christ, refusing fear, silence, or shame.
7. I embrace lifelong study, growth, and spiritual development, refusing complacency or ignorance.
8. I lead with a servant’s heart, placing service above status and people above platforms.
9. I teach and communicate truth responsibly and accurately, honoring the purity of Scripture.
10. I walk in transparency, integrity, and accountability, allowing correction and rejecting hypocrisy.
11. I shepherd God’s people with compassion and care, refusing abuse, manipulation, or spiritual neglect.
12. I minister by the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit, not by fleshly performance or empty charisma.
13. I uphold financial integrity, treating every Kingdom resource with honesty, stewardship, and fear of God.
14. I raise, mentor, and empower future leaders, investing in people and building lasting spiritual legacies.
15. I live a lifestyle of prayer and spiritual dependence, acknowledging God as my only source of power and wisdom.
16. I remain humble and teachable, submitting to Biblical authority and rejecting pride and rebellion.
17. I honor and protect my family, treating my home as a sacred ministry entrusted to me by God.
18. I speak truth with grace, rejecting gossip, slander, manipulation, and destructive speech.
19. I choose integrity over image, character over charisma, and eternal impact over human applause.
20. I obey God boldly and sacrificially, even in hardship, persecution, or personal cost.

Final Covenant Statement

By this covenant, I publicly bind my life, ministry, and leadership to the Lord Jesus Christ and to the standards, values, and expectations of the International Bible Academy USA.

I will uphold these commitments in private and in public, in speech and in conduct, in teaching and in lifestyle, throughout my ministry journey.
